First, a layer of white ink is printed to block the reflective silver in certain areas, allowing for stronger, non-metallic color appearance.
Second, the main colors are printed — this includes Pantone colors for the logo and key brand colors, as well as CMYK (4C) printing for the rest of the design.
Finally, spot UV is applied to enhance specific elements like the logo or key selling points, adding a premium, tactile finish to the packaging.
